Order fulfillment details

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday between 9am and 7pm Eastern time and are always completed the same day as a purchase. Please allow up to a few hours before your online account and access emails are sent, you will receive the following two messages:

  1. Message 1: Your online user ID and password
     
  2. Message 2: Your download notification which includes the link and the expiration date to obtain your copy of the product
